If not for me asking I would not have known counter N15. As the bell hop who swooped up our luggage did not know where to go for Punta Cana limo.
I also communicated with a person on change my pick up time from the hotel to the airport and that was ever communicated to our driver. when we came down even 15 minutes before the changed time, I received “ I have been here since 10 waiting for you”. I showed the driver the emails showing my changed time and did not receive any apology. All in all service was good we got o both locations safe and the vehicles were nice.

  Round trip to resort was safe and comfortable with timely arrival both ways. Mr Lopez was professional and courteous.
