  Michael Aquino was our driver and he provided us a great start to our vacation! The car was clean and he made the ride to the resort fun.

  Rhamdames Lopez provided wonderful kind service from the hotel to the airport. He made us very comfortable and was very safe driving.

  So glad we did a private transfer. One Major complaint I had here was knowing where to meet to get your vehicle. As well as how long we had to... read more wait to get a vehicle. If not for me asking I would not have known counter N15. As the bell hop who swooped up our luggage did not know where to go for Punta Cana limo.
I also communicated with a person on change my pick up time from the hotel to the airport and that was ever communicated to our driver. when we came down even 15 minutes before the changed time, I received “ I have been here since 10 waiting for you”. I showed the driver the emails showing my changed time and did not receive any apology. All in all service was good we got o both locations safe and the vehicles were nice.

  These guys are great! Easy to work with and very punctual with time! I would highly recommend anyone needing a ride anywhere in the Domincan to use these guys.

  As advertised, great car, good service. The ride to the hotel was smooth, Would definitely use their service again.
