  So glad we did a private transfer. One Major complaint I had here was knowing where to meet to get your vehicle. As well as how long we had to... read more wait to get a vehicle. If not for me asking I would not have known counter N15. As the bell hop who swooped up our luggage did not know where to go for Punta Cana limo.
I also communicated with a person on change my pick up time from the hotel to the airport and that was ever communicated to our driver. when we came down even 15 minutes before the changed time, I received “ I have been here since 10 waiting for you”. I showed the driver the emails showing my changed time and did not receive any apology. All in all service was good we got o both locations safe and the vehicles were nice.

  Fausto drove us from the airport to our hotel. Great guy! Super friendly and accommodating. Great music
