  We were supposed to picked up at our hotel at 2:33pm to head to the airport. The driver never came until 2:50pm. When he arrived, he did not say hello,... read more nor good afternoon, or I'm sorry for being late. He flew on the highway because he was late. He never said a word for the entire journey. We were so disappointed and upset! It felt as though we did something wrong. It's as if, we got someone very good to welcome us to Punta Cana, and take us to our hotel so that the reviews will be great, only to have a disgusting driver when we had to leave Punta Cana. What a way to leave! We regret not getting his name!
